After setting priorities and preferences, I will find your homes that fit your criteria in your preferred neighbourhoods and together you can start the viewing process. I can help evaluate each prospect against your wants and needs, helping you narrow down the list of prospects until you're ready to make an offer on the home of your choice.

STEP 3: MAKING AN OFFER

While making an offer on a home can be stressful, I can help by guiding you through all the stages of this process, - from the offer, declaring clauses or subjects to handling counter-offers, rejections or offer withdrawals, if necessary. I will negotiate to make sure you get the deal you want under your terms, if needed, I can also help find a suitable lawyer or notary necessary for the final steps of the buying process.
